SAMO ONDOH wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, offering a 14-day return window for items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that shipping fees for returns due to change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Log in to your account or visit our 'Contact Us' page within 14 days of delivery to submit a formal return or exchange request with your order number.

  Await Approval

  Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the designated return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RA number inside the box, and ship the parcel using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
